General Terms and Conditions of Freba, www.freba-sps-shop.com.
These terms and conditions apply to all offers and orders from Freba. The conditions are for everyone and included on the website of Freba
By placing an order the buyer agrees with the terms and conditions agreement. Freba reserves the right to change the terms and / or conditions after the expiry of it.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general or specific terms or conditions of third parties are
not recognized by Freba.
All orders sent via the webshop, via mail, phone or post are accepted. When confirmations by Freba is done, the buyer accepts the terms and conditions from Freba.
Pricing /offers and Payment Terms
All prices are shown in Euro and including 21% dutch VAT, shipping excluded. Payment must be done in Euro only. All payment charges and expenses must be paid by the buyer.When creating an account via the webshop, prices excluding VAT will be shown.
For all delivered orders an invoice will be issued. Payment methods are shown after ordering in the check-out. Payment methods like Banktranfer, paypal etc. are shown.
Offers are non-binding and without any obligations. All offers made have a limited time of 14 days, starting at the date when the offer was made.
Freba is allowed to cancel orders which are not paid after 14 days from the invoicedate.
All goods remain property of Freba until full payment has been received.
Shipping method and Shipping lead time.
Freba chooses the best forwarders so the best delivery times comparing with the best price is choosen. We make use of for example UPS, DHL, Fedex, PostNL. We use standard services and postal services for shipping.
Delivery time orders
The delivery time of the orders are without obligation. After payment orders will be shipped out normally within 1 or 2 working days. Any delays or extra costs occurred not by Freba are not the responsibility from Freba, but are the buyer’s responsibility( For example customs clearance duties, strikes,sales tax, etc).
Large orders are free from shipping costs. With small orders shipping costs will be included, these are shown in the check-out when ordering parts.
Any damage occurred during the transport must be reported to the forwarder by the buyer immedaitely upon receipt.
Guarantee & Warranty
All parts supplied by Freba are in various pysical condition and classified in the following groups. The classification is always mentioned in the item reference ,including the tax code. All items are bought from companies or private individuals, gain from incorrect orders,overstock, insolvence ,dissasemby. All offered goods can have signs of usage and storage.
Typ : NEW
New parts are manufacturers spareparts which can be in sealed original box, opened original box or box supplied by Freba. Parts may be connected but never have been in use. Warranty period is 6 months!
Typ : USED
Used unit in good condition. It may be missing a lid which is not important for the functionality. Warranty period is 1month!
The warranty period starts at the day of the invoice.
This warranty is given in lieu of any other warranties, either express or implied, including that we disclaim any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement.
It is appropriate and recommended that the buyer inspects the goods immediately upon arrival. When the buyer makes a warranty claim, the buyer is obliged to inform Freba by phone or by E-mail. The buyer needs to provide Freba with the order number or invoice number provided by Freba and clearly state reason for the warranty claim.
Freba will check the part and makes the decision for repair or replace the unit. Freba reserves the right to replace it with a similar product if the exact same isn’t available. If repair isn’t possible and a replacement unit isn’t available, Freba will refund the amount of the product. When the buyer makes the warranty claim the buyer will receive a confirmation and returnnumber from Freba. The ReturnNumber is valid for 14 days. When the goods are returned to Freba the parcel needs to be clearly marked with the Return Number. Returned goods that don’t have mentioned the return number or confirmation are not a valid warranty claim. Furthermore, goods sent to Freba under warranty shall be packaged appropriately, if not the warranty claim will not be accepted.
It’s the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for the transport of the goods, when making a warranty claim. At warranty claims, when Freba cannot detect any faults with the goods, Freba reserves the right to charge the buyer for the troubleshooting and handling.
Approximate lead time at warranty claims is 4 weeks, from when the goods was received.If the lead time is extended beyond the 4 weeks, the buyer will be informed.
Images,specifications and data
All images; photographs, drawings, etc .; eg data concerning weight, dimensions, colors, graphics,
labels, etc. on the website of Freba are only approximate, are indicative and may not
lead to indemnification or rescission of the contract. We do not represent any of the listed brands, and we do not own the rights to their trademarks. All used names etc can be registrated trademarks from the suppliers as indicated.
Request for return must be made within 8 days after receipt of the parts. Returns from companies are normally not accepted. A possible return can be discussed with Freba. Private persons can return, according European Law , within 14 days from invoicing date. Shipment costs for the return are always paid and responsibilty for the buyer.
Events outside Freba webshop's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Freba webshop is released from Freba obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Freba be liable for any damages except up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to Freba for the product. Including Freba shall not be liable for any consequential damages or loss of profit whether or not advised of the same. Physical damage to the product by abuse, lack of proper care and maintenance, or details that have been altered from the original factory specifications, will not be covered by Freba.
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Freba. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information to you. The information you provide is only available to Freba’s webshop. It will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Freba webshop to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Freba webshop Conditions, you agree to the above.

During the time you visit the website, our web server assigns your browser a unique identifier string so as not to confuse you with other visitors. A "Session Cookie" is never stored permanently on your computer and disappears when you close your browser. To use Freba webshop without troubles you need to have cookies enabled.

This is only used to offer visitors better services and support. The text files can be deleted. On Freba webshop we use this type of cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and to keep statistics of our visitors. Freba webshop reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Freba webshop has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Freba webshop shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
